It is with great sadness that the family of Rachel Julia Canty (née Loyie) announces her passing on Monday, March 13, 2023 at the age of 78 Years. Upon her passing she was reunited with her husband, Rocky Canty. She will be dearly missed, forever loved and remembered by her family and friends.
