Nolan William Tighe

 

July 15, 1994 – June 21, 2019

 

It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Nolan William Tighe on Friday, June 21, 2019 at the age of 24 years. Nolan will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Kingsley “the King”; his girlfriend, Sarah Blackman; his parents, James and Jacqueline; brothers, Spencer (Melanie) and Connor; grandparents, Pat and Maureen Tighe, and Greg and Joanne Rosenthal; aunts and uncles, Shannon (Victor) Uchacz, Patrick (Joanne) Tighe, Colin (Donna-May) Rosenthal; cousins, Carter, Ryan (Mariah), Harrison, Danielle (Yanick), Hailey and Colby; as well as numerous extended relatives and friends.

Jason Randolph Pelletier

August 12, 1987 – June 17, 2019              

Jason will be always loved and forever remembered by his parents, Randy and Linda (nee Higgs) Pelletier; sister, Danielle (Brad) Christie; nieces, Emerson and Marlowe Christie;  grandparents, Eileen Pelletier, Mervyn and Christina Higgs; aunts, Karen (Paul) Kontrimas and Carol Pelletier; uncles, James (Toni) Higgs, Vince Pelletier and Ronald Pelletier; cousins, Dustin (Brittany) Pelletier and their children, Camden, Emberleigh and Carson, Matthew (Michelle) Pelletier and their children, Everett, Elizabeth and Marissa, Sheryne (Lukas) Norlander and their daughter Madilyn, Kirstie (Dave Kastelic) Kontrimas, Tyler Kontrimas, Justin Higgs, Jordan Higgs, Glen Whalen, Adam (Jocelyn Slemko) Whalen, Celina (Chris Schell) Whalen, and Jasmine Jacques; as well as many more extended family members and friends.

Jason was predeceased by his grandfather Roger Pelletier and uncle Douglas Pelletier.

Jason grew up in Gibbons, Alberta and spent his younger years playing hockey, soccer and baseball. He was an excellent long distance runner. After graduation from High School, he attended NAIT as an apprenticing Heavy Equipment Technician. He loved his family with all his heart and had a smile that could light up any room. We hope that our beloved Jason is now at peace.

James Gordon Geddes

June 27, 1960 – June 15, 2019

 

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of James Gordon Geddes on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at the age of 58 years. Gord will be lovingly remembered by his two daughters, Tiffani and Tammy; grandchildren, Skyler, Danica and Kiana; great grandchild, Jemma; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

 

Gord was predeceased by his parents, Charlie and Carol Geddes.

Willie Allan Lasky

February 7, 1947 ~ June 10, 2019

Willie Allan Lasky of Edmonton, Alberta passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the age of 72 years after a courageous battle with cancer. Willie proudly served with the Edmonton Fire Department for 35 years. Willie is survived by two sons, Dallas (Lindsey) of Dallas, Texas, United states of America and Jason (Megan) of Victoria, British Columbia; three grandchildren; two sisters, Lauretta (Ivan Meyer) of Sherwood Park, Alberta and Joan (Harold) Wynne of Edmonton, Alberta; five nieces; four great nieces; one great nephew; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Willie was predeceased by his father, John in 1969; brother, Mel in 1974; and mother, Kathleen in 2003.

Orest Romanchuk
January 1, 1940 – April 20, 2019

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Orest Romanchuk on April 20, 2019, surrounded by his family, at the age of 79 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years, Sylvia; his children, Karen and Shelley (Chris); and granddaughter, Shayna.

To honor his request, there will be no memorial service.
