Kenneth Dale Mullen

May 18, 1945 – March 17, 2023

On Friday, March 17, 2023 Ken bid farewell to his beloved family and joined his older brother George, mother Muriel, and father John, where they are no doubt planning some St. Patrick’s shenanigans as good Irishmen do. He will be deeply missed by his wife of 60 years, Donna, whom he fell in love with in high school.

Fondly remembering him are his children Dale (Angela), Deborah, and Scott (Donna). He leaves behind a legacy of kindness and unconditional love that he passed on to his grandchildren, Robert, Alisha, Cory, Paige, Mark and Ashley, and his great-grandchildren Skylee, Asher, Brynlee, Iyla and her upcoming sibling due in June. He is survived by his brothers Doug, Bill, Jack and Jerry.

As a youth, Ken loved all things sports and didn’t complain about the laborious chores on the family farm. He moved to the big city to start a business with his brother George but never lost his love for animals and nature. Ken cherished nothing more than sitting by a roaring fire at his son’s acreage with the dogs at his feet and engaging in some good-hearted teasing.

People were drawn to him for his warmth, kindness, the twinkle in his eye and his infectious laughter.

The family expresses their gratitude to Amy, Ken’s special friend, who loved walking the dog and playing pool with him.

Rest in Peace, Ken, and may your legacy of love continue to thrive in the hearts of those who knew you.
