Sharon Letwin, for visiting mom in hospital & her home on numerous occasions over the years, bringing her lovely gifts, and for just caring. Her neighbor Leo, for looking out for mom and always taking the time to chat with her when she was out and about. Debbie Chalifoux, who didn’t know mom prior to her stroke, but sat in the hospital with Valerie almost daily, right until the end, and was a constant source of support to her during this time.
