January 15, 1948 ~ June 2, 2026

It is with great sadness and an abundance of love that we say goodbye to a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend. James Sheldon Bauder, who passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at the age of 78 years.

Jim is survived by his wife, Louise; children, Lisa (Rob) and Jim (Delacy); stepchildren, Shaunda (Andrew) and Michelle (Chris); grandchildren, Harley (Austin) Jakob (Natasha), Raelee, Reggie, Rhys, Mason, and Jonah; great grandchildren, Walker and Tanner; brother, Al (Barb); sisters, Wanda (Murray) and Sherry; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family, and countless friends. 

Jim was predeceased by his parents James and Pat.

Jim was born in Kingston, Ontario, January 15, 1948 and moved to Ardrossan in the early 60’s . He was a welder by trade and once he retired he took up woodworking making many gifts for family and friends. Jim belonged to the Royal Canadian Legion for 54 years where he happily gave many volunteer hours. Jim was happiest when he went camping with family and friends. Jim was a firm believer in helping others even at the end with a donation of his eyes and tissue.
