It is with great sadness that the family and friends of Werner Jensen announce his passing on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at the age of 96 years.

Werner is survived by his niece, Irene in Denmark; step-daughter, Dolores Jensen; dear friends, John Bucher, John (Tove) Marko, Barbara St. Jean, and Serge (Pearl) Lavallee; extended family in Denmark and Canada; as well as numerous friends.

Werner was born on August 3, 1929 in Tranum, Denmark the youngest of 10 children born to Jens and Ane Jensen.

He was predeceased by his parents, Jens and Ane (née Sorensen) Jensen; siblings, Viggo, Karen, Henry, Peter, Dagny, Martin, Magda, Lilly, and Udobt.

Interment
Werner was laid to rest at Namao Cemetery on June 3, 2026
