In Loving Memory of Jim Schiele
December 4, 1959 – September 20, 2026

Jim Schiele, born in Vegreville, Alberta, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 20, 2026, and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Jim was a creative, resourceful, and resilient man who never let the challenges of living with one arm hold him back. He had a love for music, a special place in his heart for animals, and a remarkable ability to make the most of what he had.

Jim was predeceased by his sons, Jason and Braedon Schiele; his parents, Edith Stewart and Leslie Schiele.

He is survived by his children, Justin Schiele and his wife, Kristin, and their daughter, Ayla; Ashlyn Schiele and her fiancée, David Delwo; Sarah Schiele and her children, Annalena and Thomas. He also leaves behind his sisters, Becky, Laurie, Crystal, and Sandy; his brother, Garth; his beloved pets, Lola and Susie; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

He will be forever loved and remembered.
