July 25, 1959 ~ May 14, 2025
It is with sad hearts we announce the passing of Patrick Colin Robbins. Pat passed away at home surrounded by family on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.
Born in Victoria, BC on July 25, 1959, he was the adored son of Jim and Doris (Jensen) Robbins and a big brother to Kelly (Faith) Robbins.
Patrick was the beloved Husband of Narda (nee Shaw), loving Dad to Andrea (Craig) Courchene and Nathan (Danielle) Robbins. He was a proud Papa to four beautiful Granddaughters Kyla, Emily, Ivy and Willow.
Growing up he moved around BC before settling in Fort McMurray as a teenager. After meeting Narda, they married and raised their family in Fort McMurray. He worked at Syncrude as an electrician for 38 years, after which he retired with Narda to Gibbons. During his retirement, he travelled often with family and friends for camping and other adventures.
He was a man who always put family first. Other than spending time with family and friends, his biggest passion was his famous “Yellow Peril”. He had a great love of the outdoors; enjoying kayaking, fishing, camping and many other outdoor activities. Pat never sat still for long. He was always fiddling, fixing, mowing, or planning his next project.
He leaves behind a loving family and many special friends. His love and impact will always by felt by those who he loved and those who loved him. He was predeceased by his father Harry James (Jim) Robbins.
