In Loving Memory
Born: January 4th, 1977
Passed Away: April 19th, 2022

Joey Allan Knutson, he was the living embodiment of his favorite hero, Superman. Strong, smart, charming, and of course an awesome sense of humor. He loved to help those in need and would step up to protect those he loved. He enjoyed gaming, playing his guitar, camping with his family, collecting memorabilia, and cheering for his favorite team, the Buffalo Bills. He was an unforgettable man, anyone who met him instantly liked him. His wit and sense of humor were unparalleled, and he was hands down the best chef around. He would chat daily with his cousins, and sometimes would spend long nights hanging out with them, it brought him so much joy to be so close to his family. He also loved spending his days with his best friend and beloved partner, Alanna. Even though they never got to grow old together, the love they shared and the time they spent with each other will forever remain in her heart. To his son, Shay, he will be remembered as the hero he was, a shining example of a true man. He and his brothers, Trevor, Travis, Justin, and Robert had the greatest adventures; they will always cherish and smile back on those memories. His dad, Keith, will always be proud of the amazing son he was. On April 19th, 2022, Joey got to be with his beautiful mother, Arlene, as he crossed over the Bifrost into Valhalla. All his friends and family will miss their gentle giant. Even though he is no longer amongst us he will remain with us forever, in memory and love. The afterlife is another adventure awaiting, and just as he wrote in his song ” And through it all, I’m still standing tall”.
